By accessing or using the Showvi mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Showvi helps people discover local places, activities, events and offers using practical preferences such as budget, area, timing and interests. Features may include public discovery, saved options, shareable plans, directions and links to provider contact or booking channels. Business owners may submit listings and source material to a knowledge workspace. Extracted facts remain unverified until reviewed by the owner and explicitly marked verified and public. Features may change as the service develops.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Showvi • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You must provide accurate and complete registration information • You are responsible for all activities under your account • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You remain responsible for information, listings, documents, images, URLs and other material you submit. You must have the right and authority to provide it. You permit Showvi to store, process, review and, where you have requested publication and the material passes review, display relevant information to operate the service. You must not submit information that is unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, private without authorization, or materially misleading. Submitting information does not guarantee that Showvi will verify or publish it. Business owners are responsible for reviewing extracted facts before marking them verified and public.

Showvi may offer paid business services or referral arrangements. Any price, fee, commission, payment method, renewal term and applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be disclosed for the relevant service before you commit. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. Unless a specific service clearly states otherwise, Showvi does not hold customer funds, guarantee a provider's availability, or guarantee enquiries, bookings, sales or results. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your business.

If paid plans are available, the applicable price, billing period, included features, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the terms presented for that plan and applicable law. We will provide notice of material changes where required.

• Showvi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Showvi Technologies Limited • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission • User content remains the property of the respective users • Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Use the service for any fraudulent purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service • Use automated means to access the service • Collect user information without consent

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe: • Violates these Terms and Conditions • Is harmful to other users or the platform • Could create liability for Showvi • Involves fraudulent or illegal activity Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will meet your requirements • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showvi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including: • Loss of profits, data, or use • Business interruption • Personal injury or property damage • Any damages relating to your use of the service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showvi Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: • Your use of the service • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any rights of another • Your content and conduct on the platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Where required by law, or where a change materially affects users, we will provide notice appropriate to the change and any required opportunity to review or consent.
