Depending on how you use Showvi, information may include: • Account details you provide, such as name, email address, phone number and profile information. • Search preferences such as budget, area, timing, interests and the options you view, save, share or report. • Location information if you choose to grant location permission; you can also enter an area manually. • Business profile details and information, documents, images or URLs that a business owner submits to the knowledge workspace. • Messages and details you send when contacting support or submitting a listing or correction. • Basic technical, diagnostic and security logs needed to operate and protect the service. • Payment status or transaction references when you use a paid feature. Payment providers may process payment details under their own terms. The information collected depends on the feature you use and the permissions you grant.

We use relevant information to provide local discovery, remember saved options where supported, respond to requests, process business submissions, display business information you have chosen to publish, support source-based knowledge extraction and review, improve reliability, prevent abuse, communicate about support or security, and meet legal obligations. You can use Showvi without granting device location permission by entering an area yourself. If you choose to share location, we use it to help find relevant local options and may use approximate distance to rank results. You can change or revoke location permission in your device or browser settings. A location result is not a guarantee that a provider is open or available.

Showvi is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and feature. Account deletion requests are handled subject to applicable law, legitimate retention needs and technical backup cycles; we will not promise a fixed deletion deadline unless it has been confirmed for the relevant system.
